My husband is a great driver. Growing up, I was the designated driver as my dad didn't have a license and my mom never really liked driving, so since getting my learner's permit, I drove 90% of the time.
On long trips, like 18h driving long, I would drive, then my brother drove a few hours, then I'd drive more, then my mom, and then I'd finish off drive as we go to a big city.
I was supposed to be relaxing and recovering when I wasn't driving, but at the time they both had somewhat jerky driving styles that made it quite hard.
Then I met and married my husband. He took me on a drive to the California coast as part of our honeymoon. He drove kinda fast on the narrow windy road between the redwood trees, but it was smooth, and he managed to stay within the lines the whole time.
This allowed me to feel so safe that I could relax and enjoy going kind of fast!
I like driving, but I love not needing to.
Also, not having gotten around to getting a US license yet has seriously limited my driving the last few years, but that's besides the point. 😇
The point is,
LeviWritesBooks (nprofile…7dle) is an amazing driver! And I feel safe with him beside the wheel, even in precarious situations! I love my husband!!! 🥰
