Dad is being transferred to rehab on Monday. They moved him to a different room this weekend, and he now has a roommate. Anyway, I just called to let him know I would be there at 11 or so to visit. Do you know what he said? He told me he was having fun talking with the guy in the next bed and '"You, Mom, and Mark are getting on my nerves, so you can skip a day."
I'm not sure whether to laugh, cry from hurt feelings, or just smile and shake my head. I think it'll be the latter.
