If you think claim allowing to use already sent weapon at full capacity is escalation then you mean that sending weapon to Ukraine is escalation then you think that helping Ukraine to defend against international law breaches and Budapest memorandum is an escalation then you think that allowing huge superpower to completely wipe out small nation just because they don’t submit to every word - is the only way to “deescalation”
