Got the inevitable "i hope this email finds you well" email from Segway, a clear indicator support is not in the United States.
They are gonna "forward (my) questions to the relative (sic) department."
None of this is vital... Segway still works, I'd just like a spare set of digital keys, and the standing mat, which is rubber, was clawed up a bit by cats over the years and I'd like to not have it look like it.
