To those still asleep,

You may not know you're asleep. You may think you're paying attention -because you scroll, you vote, you nod. But there is a difference between watching and seeing. There is a difference between living and waking up.

Maybe you think the world is broken, but only in small ways. Maybe you believe someone else will fix it. That “they” will do something. But I'll tell you what few will:

There is no they. There's just us.

The systems that shape our lives -money, power, justice, leadership -are built not on truth, but belief. Paper becomes power only when we all agree it's worth more than a meal. A person becomes a ruler only when we agree to be ruled.

And so many have agreed, for so long, that you may have forgotten how to question it. Or worse, you may have convinced yourself this is just how the world is.

But the world is not fixed. It is made and remade each day by what we accept, by what we refuse, and by what we choose not to see.

And I know -it's easier to sleep. To say, “That's just the way things are.” To wait and watch. But the cost of comfort is rising, and one day, it will come for you too. Not because you are weak, but because no one is untouched forever.

You do not need to suffer to care. You do not need to be hurt to act. But you do need to wake up.

Because the people who want power to stay broken -they're counting on you to stay tired. To stay distracted. To stay afraid.

Don't give them what they want.

We are not waiting for a hero. We are not waiting for the “right time.” We are the ones we're waiting for. And now is the time.
