Here are some of my biggest takeaways:
1. The Fediverse, Indieweb, and small Internet are real places. There must have been a hundred Mastodon users there, and I loved discovering the XOXO attendees Slack, a private space for participants and alumni. Sometimes it's okay to burrow in, create small communities, and model the future. (2/7)
