The neighbor’s tuxedo cat is sitting on the retaining wall near the rocky garden. She just looks around, occasionally sniffing. Is she meditating? I’m hoping she’s not after the little frog I’ve seen in that area. Maybe she’s rethinking her life choices and vowing to be a better citizen.
