Kind 20 doesn't just contain the image. Whole thing is gobbledygoodk. Inefficient to put all that metadata into a kind 1.
Kind 1 needs to stay simplistic and clean. Also leaves client devs more leeway in what they want to display, and what not. We shouldn't be sneaking stuff into their feeds.
