Many of the bad choices that have hurt people in my life I can now look back and attribute to undiagnosed mental illness.
I've broken hearts of and hurt really good people in my life over the years and the guilt of those moments often times makes it difficult to love myself. But its also one of the driving forces behind why I take self care so seriously. I don't want to be that guy anymore. Seek out a medical professional, Take your meds, Open your heart and its pain to heal.
