Having a couple of document-updating days.

We've been picking up steam on #Alexandria, lately, as we get used to Nostr and the various libraries. Showing up years after everyone else, has been a hurdle, but I think we've successfully jumped it. I just had to quit my day job and do nothing else, for half a year, and we all had to give up our social life. No biggie.

Switching from Markdown to Asciidoc markup caused us to pull half of the next two releases forward, which slowed the MVP down, but it makes everything smoother and simpler following that, so that was a big win, for the project, and worth the delay.

We're essentially being forced to recreate some functionality that other web clients already have, in v0.2.0, to ensure quality and reliability for our users, but okay, whatever. "Then build your own client, bro," is what it is.
We might have a use case for #hypernotes, so we'll be looking into that some more, after the slide into 2025.

Got the new work breakdown structure for Alexandria up on the wiki page.

And the road map has been actualized.

As always, these are generated PlantUML diagrams, so you can see the full data set in the repo folder, if you're curious.

TL;DR
We now plan to have v0.1.0 released and hosted on https://alexandria.gitcitadel.eu (and .com), by Christmas. Then, we're going to spend the holidays relaxing and fixing any problems y'all might find, and kick-off v0.2.0 after the holidays.

Peace out.
