It might ultimately be a way to funnel money into supporting censorship, since their service isn't really p2p/censorship-resistant like BitTorrent or anything.
The fact that they charge by the amount of storage also implies they delete your old content when you stop paying - not sure if that's correct?
The service they give me for free is worth more than $0 so it's still a tough call
