well...not officially. If the developers of the bridge stop updating it, they could be disconnected. Therefore, they are connected to the Fediverse by a bridge, but not part of the Fediverse unless they start using ActivityPub directly.
I'd say if something can ultimately be disconnected without someone doing something to disconnect it, then it's not the Fediverse.🤷♂️
