I was reminded that near the beginning of the year, Microsoft made office 365 uncancellable. I was reminded of this by trying to cancel it.
Turning off auto-renew doesn't have the same satisfaction, but I did it anyway. I used to consider them the proverbial adults in the room of big tech, but they've gone completely off the rails with their AI shit.
