Maybe as personal algorithms where it looks back at repeated messages and automatically ignores those messages or even blocks them. Or eventually, we take control of our own throttle of what we consider spam and program our feeds so that it "listens" to others who are willing to speak in intelligent manners, based on previous messages and/or rating online by others. Almost like a reputation network could start to developing out of Nostr.
