Totally true!
Especially with no algo; we should just write what’s on our hearts and minds.
That’s what I try to do. I will be in the oddest of places (often driving…so guess that isn’t that odd 🤷♂️)
And I will have thoughts and connect ideas…
I want to share them…so I do!
Hopefully what I create helps people improve in areas such as #leaderhip and #business
I’d like to think that after 30+ years I’d have a little #wisdom to impart 😇
But the #truth is…
If no one ever reads this I’m ok with that because I chose to create and connect over consuming and conveying.
It’s tempting to want to be likable, but trying to be likable turns into unrelatable real quick.
Whenever I make a note, I just assume it’s going straight into the void and nobody will ever see it. That way, I’m noting what I WANT instead of what I think other people would like to see.
If people like it, they resonate with something about ME and not some sort of reflection I created of them. I’m not here to connect with EVERYONE, I’m here to find my tribe✌️
