Hey Nostr!

I noticed that the NIP-15 spec is still requiring all Checkout Events, and Customer Support Events, to be sent via NIP-4 (now deprecated).

I've opened a PR that proposes NIP-15 update all uses of NIP-04 with NIP-17: Private Direct Messages.

This is my first PR in Nostr-land, so I'm genuinely hoping that everyone will info-dump me with all the good-bad-and-ugly of making this protocol upgrade.
