Real estate's high valuation reflects the debasement of fiat currency.
CAGR M2 since 1971: 6.8%
CAGR Housing since 1971: 5.7%
CAGR Commercial RE since 1971: 4.4%
Anyone who denies a correlation between the nominal value of real estate and the devaluation of fiat value is denying reality.
But I guess most people like to do that ... :)
