Mrs. Shannon's German Potato Salad:
~Red potatoes
~Cooked bacon (lots)
~Crushed fresh garlic
~Whole grain mustard
~EVOO
~Apple cider vinegar (start light add more)
~Fresh parsley (more than you think you'll need)
~Finely mince yellow onion
~Salt and coarse ground pepper
As po's boil, whisk dressing together. Cook po's until just done. Serve hot.
