For some reason my stomach is flatter than it's ever been in my life. And this was NOT a goal of mine. I am not trying in any sense, or even eating super well.
But for some reason the stomach I've had since I was a kid is shrinking and I can feel muscle underneath.
Why this is happening at fuckin 42 after I've given up on going to the gym I can't say
