Been thinking a bit about #perfectionism and being #ActuallyAutistic.. I can definitely see how we may try to overcompensate with perfectionism and or have the world expect perfection in order to accept the other facets of ourselves. I am wondering though #askingAutistics if it in part also stems from our all or nothing thinking. That doing things half-assed usually may not be in our nature. What do you think?
