always had a similar motivation - how much of what I eat can I grow? coming to the point where it's also - how little maintenance does whatever need? someone was posting, I think at you, some graphic about "here's how much you can produce off like one acre and feed a whole family", and I remember thinking, "that's cool, but shooting for a little more space, and a little less constant involvement to meet your goal is appealing too."
