Yea, I'm sure I'm not. My wife's the one that keeps me occasionally able to to blend in with society being a heck of a lot more in tune with what normies expect, and keeps me from being too much of a feral hermit.
The water is the part that's definitely hardest, though rather than being hard, it's the part that reminds me what I'm doing most throughout the day, which I think also makes it the most rewarding part. When you're kept mindful of what you're not doing, it makes you that much more mindful of it when you are doing it as well.
