Yea … this is assuming access to an account is gatekept by a single entity … and can be restored?
For business apps, one of the primary benefits of integrating with Nostr WILL be the offloading of this responsibility back to the sovereign user.
Aside from some handful of proprietary IP (which can be handled privately in a black box alongside Nostr) businesses don’t really want to be in the game of gatekeeping user accounts and supporting access issues and all that stuff.
But there MAY be customer support “account management” services that pop up … but I imagine these would be multisig based (as a low hanging solution) similar to how Bitcoin services are.
