What gets me is that pretty much every job Iβve had is based on this sorta system. The place I work for will tell customers that they can provide something that they have no intention of providing, and customers will be directed to staff who have no idea what theyβre talking about. Then fighting and time wasting ensues on both sides. Wish I could redirect all the rage to the people who start it.
