It’s cult like loyalty to the company and the customer is the product … the way coupons work only benefit the retailer, without those manufacturer checks their profits would be non existent. We could go back to trading for shells and pebbles and it would be just as fine. Thankfully I know which employees are apathetic (the ones who look like this is their career choice) and it’s never a fight.",
