My daughter is a climate scientist doing a PhD in aspects of water pollution. Flooding and drought are causing massive tree death globally. Tree death leads to zero rainfall over land.
This is happening in the cleared areas of the Amazon and here in Australia. Yes and Indonesia. Govts keep acting as tho we have time to respond to climate crisis and roll it back - we don't. What one govt does, affects all of us globally. USA and China are "drunk" on irresponsibly bad climate behaviour. They are both major problems for the rest of us. They just won't stop.
It's actually already too late to stop the global damage done.
