The problem, in my opinion, is the wording:
"Pick my own Server".
It does not say "other", it just assumes that user will be proficient enough to self-host (let's not pretend that it's cheap to run this elephant) or the expectation is that "my own" will be treated like a matter of free choice, while it may not come off as friendly as per my first point.
