Maybe it’s the detached broodyness. The character in Rebels changed and matured over the series, but Dawson’s portrayal doesn’t seem congruent to that.
Also this feels like if I didn’t already have ::all the backstory:: I would be lost or struggling to figure out why I should care about any of these people.
