The thing loos like a large brown lunchbox. But open it up, and you reveal something at home in any retro mad scientist’s arsenal. The lid becomes a calibrated loop antenna, with a surprisingly large array of dials and switches that you have to adjust to tune a signal and make accurate measurements.
