"content": "Thanks for the rec! I'll check it out. \n\nI really like that take of looking at the end results of protests. While I think there are some casualty issues - can we clearly point to the disruption as what caused it to be successful or are protests where there is more clearly a 'right side' more likely to go violent? \n\nAlso, I would say the environmental movement has been largely unsuccessful (so far) and has deployed disruptive elements, like Green Peace. Is that a good counterexample?",
