While we wait, here are 3 election differences between the US and Denmark:
1: Americans vote for members of both the Senate and the House. In Denmark, the “Senate” was shut down in 1953, leaving just the House called “Folketinget”.
2: In the US, 2 main parties have all the power. Danes have 15 different parties.
3: Americans vote directly for a presidential candidate. Danes only vote for members of parliament, and then they form a government in which one member becomes Prime Minister.
