Unless you've got big bucks + connections, it doesn't happen fast. Your site is comparatively newborn and, tbh, doing a lot better than you perhaps realise. There will be bloggers out there reading your post and looking at you thinking: "dammit, this guy's where I want to be - he's got it made". I'm not in the gaming space but I know some of the BIG Linux gaming sites have been where you are now.
