SuperMicro moved away from Deloitte as auditor earlier this year, EY replaced them and has just resigned so SMCI still have not got their public reports in order and could face delisting.

They are heavily tied into the Big Tech AI Ponzi which is propping up US stock markets.

Click bait headline aside, Dario is doing some really good digging into the AI Ponzi scheme which Big Tech is running.

He seems to think it will all come apart any day now which I don’t agree with - there’s WAY too much on the line for that.

But he seems to be directionally correct and makes a compelling case for a shitton of fraud going on.
