Yeah, I'm not even sure if Mr. Blazie realizes what he's done for us. Normally Linux is hard to get working if you don't know how to use it to begin with as well as if you also need a Screen Reader and working sound, particularly the working sound part. With a BT Speak Pro, I could potentially learn Linux and set it up myself on, say, my desktop later even if I had to fiddle with sound. It's kind of disappointing that a $400 difference is software-based, no hardware differences between the two models, but apparently a lot had to be done to get the Desktop version of Linux to work on it. Given the first part of this, looks like that would be a correct statement, so guess I'll just save up a bit.
