For tonight's guacamole, I cut fresh cilantro from the planter in the backyard. The leaves were so sturdy, and the stems were so crisp! They gave such a satisfying sound as I diced them up. Such a difference from the wilting ones from the store. I'm glad I motivated myself to get the seeds into the ground after the frosts were over.
Shout out to my local #library for the seeds! Libraries are awesome, and they are so much more than books.
