Many times boils down to resources. There’s other reasons to stick a camera up there, but in those situations it’s more commonly reserved for folks who would be considered higher risk (strong family history, FOBT+, inflammatory hx, etc.).
Couldn’t find what little they found on me with a FOBT though.
