FASTING & WALKING

For the next 15 days, I will fast (not eat anything) and will walk 25k steps daily. Also, I'll lift weights in my gym to preserve muscle.

The goal is to drop 15 kg (33 lbs) and push my limits. There will be pain and lots of discomfort.

25k steps are 5 hours of walking. My BMR + gym is 2500 kCal. Plus 300*5=1500 kCal. A total of 4000 kCal should be spent daily. Which is 0.5 kg of body fat. Plus water, glycogen, and the food inside the GI. I think I will lose around 1 kg daily. Reality will show the truth.

During all this walking there will be a lot of analysis, deep thinking, communication, and talking. Deep insights incoming 😄
