After 37 years of stumbling through life, this morning I got unofficially diagnosed with ADHD. I thought it would give me a little breathing room, but instead I have no idea what's next. Would an official diagnoses bring some more clarity? Should I be making changes to my life? I'm left clueless and I have some figuring out to do.
