yeah, i can only take this kind of environment for a short time partly because as soon as i get out of it i feel like every muscle in my body relaxes
and it's not just the sound it's the EMF
i spent some time sleeping next to a formerly 25kV transformer under the central park in Sofia when i was homeless in winter 2015... i was mostly fine with it but one day i found some weed in a cigarette packet and when i came back all blazed and went to lie down in my scavenged bed, a kinda futon mat and various blankets people left around because it was winter and homeless people are relatively populous in Sofia, i could feel the 50hz jerk on all of my muscles... really faint twitch but nevertheless, i didn't feel it normally, but when i smoke weed... anyway, i didn't stay there much longer because my fellow tunnel dweller decided to set all the rubbish down there on fire and the council locked everything up
