When I talk to my child about #history and current events, I definitely put my own spin on it. He is a very white child, and so far, perhaps because of the people around whom he has been raised, he's relatively #antiracist and #antifascist. I'm sorry but I will be leaving him this world to be an adult again, but I'm glad I've given him some strength, some backbone, and the words with which to fight it as best he can.
