I bought two refurbished X280 Thinkpads just 10 days ago, and one had its thunderbolt port and its internal motherboard battery dead, and the other one had its main battery half-dead (kde complains that its health it's at 32%). These were sold as A grade. So it's really a luck thing and I wouldn't suggest it to everyone.\n\nThat Asus laptop is not a landfill waste with an optimized Mint/Debian/Alpine with XFce. You would rarely hit the swap under normal usage.",
