You've heard of nudge units? The 77th brigade?
When you have an overview of a society, it isn't as hard to steer people in a particular direction as one would imagine, given that all states do is produce propaganda in order to manufacture consent.
But even those units aside, do people not understand that agenda 2030/2050 are multi decade plans right out in the open, which they are working towards? COVID was the first step in that agenda, where they unilaterally got the whole world to submit into pure fiction.
This is a pretty naive position to take. Institutions aren't just winging anything.
