Around 1991 our game dev team's coder added 3 audio channels to the 4 existing ones in the Amiga, by using the 68000 CPU's power.
The audio quality was better than the method of splitting each channel.
It was added to our music editor Digital Mugician, and used by Ramon Braumuller to create this 7-voice intro tune for our game Hoi (1992).
Wait for the bass solo! 😎
