I don't see a "Jobs Market" in 5+ years time. I'm guessing of course, but something less formal, far more fluid and transient will emerge to replace the "jobs market" we've been long used to. A change that might well turn joyful as this suggests we'd end up destroying the "Human Resources" department ... while ending the scourge of the typically 30-something feminist bitch who always seemed to head them.
