Sitting here, trying to invent new insults for androids, as you do.
A lot of people just steal 'toaster' from BSG, but that insult worked because because the old models *did* look like walking toasters. If you have an insult with a good reason and you steal it from another universe, it just throws the suspension of disbelief for me.
Things like 'Robocop' and 'Terminator' work in fanfic, but using a brand name in original fiction in a derogatory fashion is just asking for trouble.
