When I was searching for the keyboard, I was unsure about the split thing.
But when I started using it, my wrist got way better in few weeks.
And I started sitting better, the more I got used to it and increasing the distance between the two halves.
The only point would possibly be that it's a bit too high: deciding now I probably would've bought something like the Piantor Pro or similar.
