(It's really good) Jellyfin is also pretty comparable to Plex these days.
I highly recommend Prowlarr instead of Jackett to run the -arrs. Just make sure you VPN up your torrenting software (which is probably a given these days).
Also, SabNZBD plus a cheap UseNet subscription (or just dropping ten bucks on a TB or two of data) is terrific.
