also, life is utter hell with potassium deficiency, but just using potassium chloride as my main salt is massively reversing things, combined with lots of water
i'm almost back to where i was about 3 years ago at this point, the descent of this problem into a daily debility has been slow and sneaky, i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
