I tried to really, really like #rust. I vowed to only program in rust. And while I appreciate the borrow checker, I found #cpp so much more enjoyable to code in, and also actually complete my projects.
I understand rust is probably the future, and I am probably in the minority, but I don’t think I will be working on anymore personal projects in Rust. I find that it is too complicated, and maybe it’s because I am old, but I find c++ documentation so much easier to read and understand.
