I meant it more as looking at the "end-user" experience, ie. I'm borrowing a book for free from a library that I read once and give back vs I'm pirating a book from annas-archive.org that I read once and delete. So it's meant more as a critical look at piracy as stealing rather than the redundancy of libraries
